Are the prices fixed or can they vary?
The prices listed are starting points. Final pricing is confirmed after the discovery call and scope definition. We always provide a fixed-price proposal before you commit — so there are never any surprise charges mid-project.
What is the payment structure?
We follow milestone-based billing. Typically: 30% advance, 40% at mid-project delivery, 30% on final handover. For retainer plans, invoices are raised monthly at the start of each billing cycle. GST at 18% is applicable on all invoices.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or educational institutions?
Yes! We offer up to 20% discount for verified NGOs, educational institutions, and early-stage startups (less than 2 years old). Please mention your organisation type when reaching out and we'll include the applicable discount in your proposal.
What if my project doesn't fit any of these packages?
No problem at all. Most enterprise and complex projects are scoped from scratch. Just book a discovery call, describe your requirements, and we'll build a fully custom proposal. There's no obligation at this stage.
What is your refund policy?
We have a transparent refund policy — work completed before cancellation is non-refundable, but unused milestones can be refunded under qualifying conditions. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Who owns the AI models and code after delivery?
Upon full payment, complete intellectual property ownership transfers to you for all custom-built deliverables. This includes trained models, source code, and documentation. Pre-existing proprietary frameworks used in your solution remain with AITechGen Technologies as licensed tools.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-project?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any point by paying the difference. Scope changes are handled through a formal change request process, which includes a revised timeline and cost estimate before any additional work begins.
